Shipping & returns
Orders are delivered by Colissimo or Chronopost postal service, within 3 to 5 working days for shipping within France and 5 to 7 working days for shipping internationally.
Please note that some objects being bigger in volume might take a bit longer to ship in which case we will let you know.
-Delivery error or damages:
The shopper takes responsibility to verify the conformity of the product purchased, when received.
Any error regarding the object purchased or apparent damage shall make the object of a complaint within 5 days of the reception of the package in order for us to find the best possible solution. Any complaints passed this delay won’t be considered our responsibility.
-Damage & partial loss:
In the event of delivery of a package that is visibly damaged, incomplete or containing damaged items resulting from the manipulation of the postal service, the shopper can refuse to accept it and benefit from the service’s warrant policy. The shopper will have to let us know the happenings without delay so we’ll be able to prepare a new package that will be sent to the shopper as soon as we receive the damaged one back.
